Support ⋟ Call Recording

Call Recording allows you to record both incoming and outgoing calls. Call Recording can be turned on or off on each Virtual Number.

Enable Call Recording

  1. Click on the Virtual Number to get to the Number Configuration page
  2. Scroll Down to Features, click "Call Recording"
  3. In the right-hand corner, change "Off" to "On" and hit "Save"

Disable Call Recording

  1. Click on the Virtual Number to get to the Number Configuration page
  2. Scroll Down to Features, click "Call Recording"
  3. In the right-hand corner, change "On" to "Off" and hit "Save"

Disable Notification Message

By default, Call Recording will play a message stating "Calls Recorded for Quality" to both the caller and the receiver of the call when they answer. This message is played to automatically comply with all US state and federal laws. However, you can choose to disable it.
  1. Click on the Virtual Number to get to the Number Configuration page
  2. Scroll Down to Features, click "Call Recording"
  3. Check the "Disable Notifications" button and hit "Save"
