Telusion, Inc. (henceforth refered to as "The Company") believes the Internet should be a safe and fun place, and to make it safe and fun we will do everything we can to protect your privacy while you are visiting our website and using our phone services. We also think you should always be made aware of what your privacy rights are and how we will collect and manage your information. Information Collection

The Company collects information through our website at several points. The Company collects the information about primary visitors such as phone numbers as well as IP addresses for verification and security purposes only. The Company may also collect, but does not retain, information that users provide to us in connection with the purchasing of services.

During normal use of our telephony services, The Company collects information about phone calls that pass through our network. This information is kept to provide users call detail records. The only method of viewing this information is through our website. We do not provide information via phone, fax, written or other methods to achieve the highest amount of security and privacy possible. Only with a judge-signed official federal, state or local subpoena will we release these records. We retain records as mandated by US Federal Law.

The Company does not actively market to children, and The Company never knowingly asks a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

The Company does employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that The Company web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. The cookies we use do not contain any information about the user or their calls; they are a unique, computer-managed identifier that allows us to customize your web experiece while browsing our website. No data is contained in any cookies we set on your hard drive, keeping your system free from personally identifyable data. Aggregate data will not be stored or disclosed in any manner that divulges any of the user's personally identifiable information. Information Usage

Any personal information provided or gathered by The Company is controlled by The Company. The Company will make every effort to preserve user privacy. In certain circumstances The Company may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein The Company has a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with all federal and state laws, a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on The Company website or on its owners.

Upon a merger, consolidation, acquisition or other corporate reorganization in which The Company participates or to a purchaser of all or substantially all of The Company's assets The Company may transfer user's personal information to a successor entity. Such successor shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy.

Access to Information

The Company takes security extremely seriously. The Company attempts to provide for the secure transmission of information from the user's computer to the The Company servers by utilizing state of the art encryption software. If a user's information changes or the user no longer desires to continue the The Company service they may contact The Company's customer care directly. Users can access, review, update and correct the personal information that they have provided to The Company by contacting our customer care.

Children's Privacy (Users under the age of 13)

The Company fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"). Under COPPA regulations, The Company DOES NOT:

  1. Request or knowingly collect personally identifiable information online or offline contact information from users under 13 years of age; or
  2. Knowingly use or share personal information from users under 13 years of age with third parties;
  3. Give children the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information;
  4. Entice children with the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity to divulge more information than is needed to participate in the activity.

It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information given to us or pertaining to children under 13. If we are notified of this, as soon as we verify the information, we will immediately delete the information from our servers.

Call Recording Policy

Different states have different laws regarding call recording. Some states require both parties to consent to any recorded conversation, while other states require one party to consent to the recording. There are also Federal laws that apply, so check your current state and Federal laws before using this feature. To assist in the compliance of these laws, we provide an automated verbal announcement to both the calling party and the receiving party on a call when the call recording feature is active.

Change In Privacy Policy

You hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy by visiting The Company website. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy please do not use The Company website or The Company services. The Company reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy from time to time at any time. Please check back regularly for updates. If there is a material change in The Company's policy that substantially effects the user's personal information The Company will make an effort to contact individuals via email or text message to inform them of the change.
