Record Every Call

You can enable Call Recording on any or all of your Virtual Numbers. If enabled, every call receive is recorded. Great for Telephone Mystery Shopping, ensuring business calls are handled professionally by your staff or a 3rd party, or to just keep a record. Call Recordings show up on the same page as your Voicemails, so you can see the calls that were recorded as well as the Voicemails recorded at the same time.

Unlimited Call Recordings

We offer Unlimited Call Recording Storage, so you'll never miss recording an important call. We NEVER delete Call Recordings while your account is active, unless you delete them. But you don't have to; we have virtually Unlimited Call Recording capacity, so you never have to delete Call Recordings.

Legalities

There are laws within the US, both on Federal and State level, that may require you to notify both parties that Call Recording is occurring. Because we cannot know what state each party is physically residing in, by default we play a short message to both the caller and the callee indicating that Call Recording is enabled.

Because in many states only one party consent is required, we allow you to supress this message from being played. By doing so, you take full responsibility for following the laws in your, and in some cases the caller or callee's, location, and agree to hold us harmless.
