The Company collects information through our website at several points. The Company collects the information about primary visitors such as phone numbers as well as IP addresses for verification and security purposes only. During normal use of our telephony services, The Company collects information about phone calls that pass through our network. This information is kept to provide users call detail records. The only method of viewing this information is through our website. We do not provide information via phone, fax, written or other methods to achieve the highest amount of security and privacy possible. Only with a judge-signed official federal, state or local subpoena will we release these records.
The Company does not actively market to children, and The Company never knowingly asks a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

Call Recording Policy
Different states have different laws regarding call recording. Some states require both parties to consent to any recorded conversation, while other states require one party to consent to the recording. There are also Federal laws that apply, so check your current state and Federal laws before using this feature. To assist in the compliance of these laws, we provide an automated verbal announcement to both the calling party and the receiving party on a call when the call recording feature is active.
